Omni-101 potentiostat for teaching & research
Versatile and user friendly, the Cypress Systems Omni-101 potentiostat is ideal for teaching and research. Push-button controls, LED parameter/setting display, and on-board microprocessor make set-up of experimental parameters simple. With a preset potential limit, you can initiate a potential step experiment (chronoamperometry) with a push of a button. An internal waveform generator produces an analog triangle wave (not digital staircase) for cyclic voltammetry. The potentiostat’s low noise, high sensitivity, and stability make it an excellent instrument for LCEC and FIA applications. During operation, you can follow the value of the cell potential or current with the LED meter. The front panel also has connectors if you wish to use an external device to monitor the cell potential or current. A connector is also provided so that you can use an external source for any other input waveform. ESA’s new Acquire-101 software can be used with the Omni-101. Click here to learn more about it.
