The Vitamin D HPLC system delivers results equivalent to HPLC-UV.  And results also compare favorably with MS-based assays that have significantly higher requirements for capital-equipment cost, maintenance, and operator skill.  ESA Biosciences achieves these results through the unmatched sensitivity and selectivity of our proven HPLC coulometric technology – long a standard in all major commercial reference laboratories. When used in conjuction with the ESA Vitamin D test kit; our fully automated clinical-diagnostic HPLC system is easy to use. The system software is specifically configured for 25(OH)D analysis and provides a complete analysis report.
