Coulochem III Electrochemical detector

The Thermo Scientific Dionex Coulochem III detector relies upon the electroactive nature of molecules: a molecule's ability to be oxidized or reduced. Both fluorescence and UV detection can readily measure many of these compounds, but liquid chromatography combined with electrochemical detection provide a more-sensitive and selective alternative. The Coulochem III is the detector of choice.
