Technical Support Representative
Our HPLC Products and Services group has an immediate opening for an high-energy professional to assist in providing excellent technical support for ESA's HPLC-based products. In this highly visible position based in Chelmsford, MA, you will be the primary contact for customer support calls. This is primarily an in-house position. Some travel may be required (less than20%).
Qualifications include:
- Prior experience supporting scientific/analytical instrumentation
- BS degree in a life science – e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology
- Understanding of HPLC techniques/software
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, interpersonal
- The ability to take the initiative and work independently
