Field Support Engineer (New Jersey and Massachusetts)
Our HPLC Products and Services group has an immediate 2 openings (one in NJ, one in MA) for high-energy professionals to assist in providing excellent technical support for ESA's HPLC-based products. In these highly visible field based positions you will perform system installations and validations as well as provide hands-on customer support and training. Regional travel approximately 80%.
Qualifications include:
- Prior experience supporting scientific/analytical instrumentation
- BS degree in a life science - e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology
- Understanding of HPLC techniques/software
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, interpersonal
- The ability to take the initiative and work independently
